If you have found this webpage, it is probably because you have seen this message:

This is because we have recently blocked unauthorized Mibbit connections to prevent abuse.

Please read below to find out how to solve this issue:

I'm using a chatroom's website that used to work.. but I can't use it now

Please ask the chatroom owner or a high op to visit this page for help on fixing this issue.

Room owners: You need to change irc.wikkedwire.com to cgiirc.wikkedwire.com in your Mibbit URL code.

Ex:

http://embed.mibbit.com/?server=cgiirc.wikkedwire.com%3A%2B6697&channel=%23help&settings=0b1737730ca32b36b65e56bd33ce1872&noServerTab=false&forcePrompt=true

(Don't use this code as it's custom just for our Help channel!)

I'm using Mibbit.com and can't connect...

Make sure you're using the drop-down menu labeled "IRC" and you selected "WikkedWire [webirc]"
